We only ship to the continental United States and use the United States Postal Service for shipping.

1. No Returns Accepted

At White Willow Emporium, we take great care in sourcing and preparing every item we offer. Because of the unique nature of our products (hand-selected, limited-edition, or delicate), we do not accept returns for items after purchase or delivery.

2. Replacement for Damaged or Broken Items

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If your item arrives in a damaged or broken condition, we will gladly replace it under the following conditions:

  • Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you find the item damaged or broken.

  • To request a replacement, please email us at hello@whitewillowemporium.com with your order number, a photo of the item as received (including its packaging), and a description of the damage.

  • Once we verify the issue, we will ship a replacement item free of charge (provided the item is in stock). If the original item was a limited edition and no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an equivalent alternative or a store credit.

3. Items Not Covered for Replacement

The replacement policy applies only to items that were damaged or broken during shipping or otherwise defective on arrival. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery by the customer are not eligible for replacement.

4. Shipping Responsibility

When you report a damaged or broken item within the required timeframe, White Willow Emporium covers the shipping cost of sending the replacement to you. You are responsible for any initial return shipping if asked to send the damaged item back (though we will aim to minimize or waive this whenever possible).

White Willow Emporium reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to purchases made after the update.
