Charley Caudill, Clinical Herbalist, LMT

As a holistic wellness practitioner, my focus is on treating the whole person. I am a clinical herbalist, trained in Southern Folk Medicine and Western Herbalism, as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist focusing on energy work and Craniosacral Therapy. Using these tools, I will act as a facilitator to your self-healing.

My treatment room is a body positive environment. I ask that you never apologize for your body or your current state of health. What matters most is that you're ready to feel better, and I'm here to help.

I am also a practicing Professional Birth Doula. I assist women and their families throughout pregnancy and labor, work as an advocate for the rights of women, and provide education for holistic pregnancy and birth. I feel very passionate and grateful for this opportunity to serve the women of my community in what will be one of the most important and transformative moments of their lives.

Note: Charley is currently seeing new clients for herbal consultations only. Sliding scale available.

My fascination with the intricate system of the human body started at a young age. Even studying bugs and animals in school was so interesting to me; all the individual organs and parts working together to make a whole, functioning being. It wasn't until one day, halfway though massage school, that I realized massage therapy wasn't just going to be a job for me. One of my regular clients came into the clinic for his massage and he told me he no longer took his prescription pain medication for his shoulder pain. That day, I realized that I could play a part in helping peoples' bodies work smoothly and painlessly. Healing became a top priority to me that day, and I've been studying various methods of pain management and health improvement ever since.

Maintaining a healthy body relies on many different factors; sometimes it seems like too much to keep up with! I want my clients to know what it feels like to be balanced and vital. In my work as a licensed massage therapist, I use deep tissue, myofascial, and orthopedic techniques along with Swedish strokes, aromatherapy, and stretching.

It it my belief that no one should have to live with feeling sore, stiff, or achy all the time, or even most of the time. Schedule your massage today and get back to feeling your best.

Note: Breanna is not currently accepting new clients

I believe that we all need balance and harmony in order to be whole. My goal is to help you find balance within yourself- body, mind, and spirit. If a cell in your body doesn't work correctly, the organ, the muscle, and the body is out of balance. If your body is out of balance then maybe your family, community, the planet, and the entire universe is out of balance. Perhaps the universe and our bodies may never be in perfect balance, but our jobs here as part of the whole is to strive for improvement.

My passion is to help people to find harmony within all aspects of themselves so that they can continue working, learning, growing, and improving the world around them. Whether it be through guided meditation or massage therapy, I strive to provide relief from the stresses of every day life.

As your massage therapist, my job will be to assist you upon your healing journey for as long as we are making progress. I offer Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, reiki, chakra balancing, and stretching. In addition, I am available for guided meditation, either in a group or individual setting as an add-on to your massage or reiki session.

I treat everyone with respect and positive regard and enjoy working with people from all walks of life. I seek to provide a safe space to assist you through the transitions in life with kindness and respect, continuously personalizing your treatment accordingly. I will always honor your boundaries and requests for comfort because your health and happiness is my main concern.

I grew up with an interest in horse riding. As a native Kentuckian I have always been in the right place for this passion. Eventually my equine journey led to a form of riding that studies not only the rider’s form, but the individual muscles used to achieve correct form. This sparked a fascination in me with efficient movement in all aspects of life.

As a massage therapist, my goal is to help my clients on their health journey to feel the best they can. If we move efficiently through the day, that takes one less stress off our bodies. I use a combination of Swedish massage, movement, and stretching techniques to achieve this goal.

Riding was a helpful mirror for me to see what I needed to work on in myself. Horses will often move in a way that compensates for the patterns of their riders. Essentially, they will tell on you if you have patterns that throw them out of efficient movement. In everyday life we do not usually have someone to tell us if we are stuck a certain way. Instead, we get an ache, a pain, or some other indication that we may ignore. Through massage we can work on these patterns, treat the underlying causes of aches and pains, and move efficiently throughout our daily lives.

Book your massage today and get to feeling your best!

Everyone has a unique gift and I believe my mission is to empower women to live their best life. So many of us struggle with anxiety, sadness, indecisiveness, low self worth, guilt, resentment, anger, career pressure, etc. and don't know where to turn.

I know because I was there too. Reiki and Massage helped me uncover who I truly was by allowing me to be present in my mind, body, and spirit during each session. I started looking forward to weekly sessions and finding peace on the table. As time went on, I was able to take that feeling into my life. Later finding purpose, clarity, and fulfillment within myself.

My goal is to facilitate physical and emotional self healing through any modality you choose. Through reiki, chakra balancing, meditation, movement, and massage we can work through mind, body, and spirit to release stored emotions and build self worth.

I look forward to working with you!

Lacy Pettit, LMT

From Morehead, Kentucky, I transferred to Lexington to continue my education for a degree in nursing. Loving all the sciences but especially anatomy, physiology, and the human body, I was naturally drawn towards healthcare. During my time in training, there was a nagging feeling something was missing or lacking when it came down to personal interactions. I wanted to help people in a more compassionate environment where I could focus on the person as a whole and not just as a set of physical symptoms and illnesses.
Physical health is an important piece, but it's just one part of the whole. I wanted to work where people are encouraged and have the space to focus on their overall wellbeing, not just physically but mentally and emotionally. Changing paths led me to Lexington Healing Arts Academy in 2015. Massage has allowed me to provide an alternative therapeutic treatment that was not available in a corporate healthcare work environment.
Massage therapy was always a part of my life and held a special place in my heart. Growing up as a competitive gymnast, cheerleader, and soccer player, I was a very active person. That was until a soccer injury took me out of the game. Seven years I spent dealing with crutches, casts, orthotics, and multiple surgeries resulting in the removal of a bone in my foot. Crushed, depressed with the reality of never running again, new limitations, and chronic pain. I began my journey of self-healing and getting to know my body. Massage therapy was a crucial piece of my recovery. Not only do I run pain-free, but I also do massage with my feet now; check my Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy! Other than Ashiatsu, I practice Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and sports massage. Massage changed my life and I believe it can change yours too!

Growing up in the heartland, I’ve learned that here, we are unique in our ability to connect deeper at a heart level than most places. With this in mind, my practice focuses on helping humanity uncover the sometimes hidden compass from within: the heart center. Helping awaken the heart to joy and love is an intention I hold for all clients. As a single mother, I have firsthand experience holding the safe and unconditional loving container of a sacred child and holding that same container for each client.

Since I was a young teenager I was drawn to massage therapy and helping people feel better. After a debilitating back injury in my late teen years, I was left immobile for a week at a time at least once or twice a year. In massage school a few years later, my teacher helped heal this injury through the Bodypatterning Approach bodywork. This helps to realign the energetic body first, allowing the physical body to realign with a healthier flow of life force energy fueling it.

Over the past 15 years I have collected numerous modalities which help balance and establish unity and belonging within and without the body. Together we will create a personalized healing session each visit utilizing modalities such as opening the Akashic Records, Reiki energy healing, Crystal healing, Bodypatterning Approach bodywork, intuitive/spirit lead guidance, guided imagery or meditation, aromatherapy and CBD oil & Lokanonda yoga 1:1 sessions. Having the ability to help the WHOLE BEING allows for possibility of healing to be endless in our sessions together.

Empowering others with self healing abilities is a deep passion of mine. Teaching Reiki here is one way of SELF empowerment. Another is a 1:1 Lokanonda yoga session where are you will learn life-saving poses to begin to take the healing of your spine and body into your own hands.

Being not only a survivor but thriver after sexual abuse, I am dedicated to helping women and men begin to heal their traumas and to reconnect to the sanctity and power of their womb space and the creative power of their sacred menstrual cycle/moontime.

I am excited with an open heart to be at service.
