Charley Caudill, Clinical Herbalist, LMT
As a holistic wellness practitioner, my focus is on treating the whole person. I am a clinical herbalist, trained in Southern Folk Medicine and Western Herbalism, as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Using these tools, I will act as a facilitator to your self-healing.
My treatment room is a body positive environment. I ask that you never apologize for your body or your current state of health. What matters most is that you're ready to feel better, and I'm here to help. Please feel free to leave your insecurities at the door.
I am also a practicing Professional Birth Doula. I assist women and their families throughout pregnancy and labor, work as an advocate for the rights of women, and provide education for holistic pregnancy and birth. I feel very passionate and grateful for this opportunity to serve the women of my community in what will be one of the most important and transformative moments of their lives.
Note: Charley is currently seeing new clients for herbal consultations only

My fascination with the intricate system of the human body started at a young age. Even studying bugs and animals in school was so interesting to me; all the individual organs and parts working together to make a whole, functioning being. It wasn't until one day, halfway though massage school, that I realized massage therapy wasn't just going to be a job for me. One of my regular clients came into the clinic for his massage and he told me he no longer took his prescription pain medication for his shoulder pain. That day, I realized that I could play a part in helping peoples' bodies work smoothly and painlessly. Healing became a top priority to me that day, and I've been studying various methods of pain management and health improvement ever since.
Maintaining a healthy body relies on many different factors; sometimes it seems like too much to keep up with! I want my clients to know what it feels like to be balanced and vital. In my work as a licensed massage therapist, I use deep tissue, myofascial, and orthopedic techniques along with Swedish strokes, aromatherapy, and stretching.
It it my belief that no one should have to live with feeling sore, stiff, or achy all the time, or even most of the time. Schedule your massage today and get back to feeling your best.

I believe that we all need balance and harmony in order to be whole. My goal is to help you find balance within yourself- body, mind, and spirit. If a cell in your body doesn't work correctly, the organ, the muscle, and the body is out of balance. If your body is out of balance then maybe your family, community, the planet, and the entire universe is out of balance. Perhaps the universe and our bodies may never be in perfect balance, but our jobs here as part of the whole is to strive for improvement.
My passion is to help people to find harmony within all aspects of themselves so that they can continue working, learning, growing, and improving the world around them. Whether it be through guided meditation or massage therapy, I strive to provide relief from the stresses of every day life.
As your massage therapist, my job will be to assist you upon your healing journey for as long as we are making progress. I offer Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, reiki, chakra balancing, and stretching. In addition, I am available for guided meditation, either in a group or individual setting as an add-on to your massage or reiki session.
I treat everyone with respect and positive regard and enjoy working with people from all walks of life. I seek to provide a safe space to assist you through the transitions in life with kindness and respect, continuously personalizing your treatment accordingly. I will always honor your boundaries and requests for comfort because your health and happiness is my main concern.

I grew up with an interest in horse riding. As a native Kentuckian I have always been in the right place for this passion. Eventually my equine journey led to a form of riding that studies not only the rider’s form, but the individual muscles used to achieve correct form. This sparked a fascination in me with efficient movement in all aspects of life.
As a massage therapist, my goal is to help my clients on their health journey to feel the best they can. If we move efficiently through the day, that takes one less stress off our bodies. I use a combination of Swedish massage, movement, and stretching techniques to achieve this goal.
Riding was a helpful mirror for me to see what I needed to work on in myself. Horses will often move in a way that compensates for the patterns of their riders. Essentially, they will tell on you if you have patterns that throw them out of efficient movement. In everyday life we do not usually have someone to tell us if we are stuck a certain way. Instead, we get an ache, a pain, or some other indication that we may ignore. Through massage we can work on these patterns, treat the underlying causes of aches and pains, and move efficiently throughout our daily lives.

Everyone has a unique gift and I believe my mission is to empower women to live their best life. So many of us struggle with anxiety, sadness, indecisiveness, low self worth, guilt, resentment, anger, career pressure, etc. and don't know where to turn.
I know because I was there too. Reiki and Massage helped me uncover who I truly was by allowing me to be present in my mind, body, and spirit during each session. I started looking forward to weekly sessions and finding peace on the table. As time went on, I was able to take that feeling into my life. Later finding purpose, clarity, and fulfillment within myself.
My goal is to facilitate physical and emotional self healing through any modality you choose. Through reiki, chakra balancing, meditation, movement, and massage we can work through mind, body, and spirit to release stored emotions and build self worth.
I look forward to working with you!
